A sanctuary of greenspace and parklands
On the Sanctuary on Moggill's doorstep are a number of fantastic community facilities including, the Moggill 1.8 hectare park and a Brisbane City Council route 443 bus stop which flies directly into the Brisbane CBD.
The Moggill park features a barbecue area, a vibrant playground and a large level open field to ensure the development remains a hub for community networking, social events and family gatherings.
A large sporting oval with cricket pitch at its centre, is the heart of the new land release 'The Pitch'.
Launched in May 2010, this new oval is a community favourite.
