In appreciation of the valuable contribution strata owners make to Mirvac Hotels and Resorts through having their property managed by us, the Owners’ Recognition Programme will continue to provide owners with easily accessible discounts and special accommodation rates throughout 2007.
The 2007 benefits include:
- 14 Recognition Certificates each of which entitles the bearer to stay 1 night at any Mirvac Hotel or Resort at the special Owners’ Rates detailed on the Certificates. Other room types and rates are of course available on request, and the certificates may be gifted so the recipient also gains the benefit of staying at the Owners’ Rate.
- A personalised Hotel Owner's Card will enable the bearer to receive :
- 25% discount off Food and Beverage at any Mirvac operated Restaurant or Bar; (the discount is not applicable to room service, mini bar, conferences or functions)
- 10% discount off Spa Treatments and products from Monday to Thursday at:
- Villa Thalgo Spa at The Sebel Resort & Spa Hawkesbury Valley, NSW
- Heritage Day Spa at The Sebel Heritage Yarra Valley, Victoria
- The Spa at The Sebel Reef House & Spa Palm Cove, Far North Queensland
- Sea Temple Spa at Sea Temple Resort & Spa Palm Cove and Port Douglas, Far North Queensland

- Throughout the year, there will be additional "extra special" hotel promotions available exclusively to the Owners.
- All accommodation bookings must be made through the Hotel Owners’ Recognition Office and you can also e-mail your accommodation request to recognition@mirvac.com.au. Restaurant and spa bookings should be made direct with the relevant hotel or resort.
