Karsten Simpson has over 12 years of experience in the property investment and funds management industries. Prior to joining Mirvac in 2003, Mr Simpson worked as an associate director for Lend Lease Real Estate Investments in London. He has also held the position of associate partner of a London based Chartered Surveying firm.
Mr Simpson is currently Head of Product Development for Mirvac Funds Management. He manages product development and the raising of capital for Mirvac Fund Management's retail and institutional offerings in direct property.
Mr Simpson has previously been responsible for the Mirvac Wholesale Residential Development Partnership and both Mirvac Development Fund - Meadow Springs and Mirvac Development Fund - Seascapes, two of Mirvac's residential development Funds. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Hon) from the University of Northumbria, UK and is an associate member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
