How do I change instructions to my registered holding?
All changes must be requested in writing by the registered holder. The following forms can be downloaded from the Investor Information section of this website to make changes to your registered holding:

  • Request direct payment
  • Change your address 
  • Advise Tax File Number / ABN
  • Advise your preferred method of receiving your Annual Report

Distributions

The Fund intends to progressively pay distributions and return capital to Investors following the completion of the sale of developed lots.

Investment time frame and liquidity

The forecast completion for the project is currently early 2015. As noted, this is based on current best estimates and is dependent upon future market conditions and the timing of future lot settlements.

How can I have my distribution paid?

Investors in the Mirvac Development Fund - Meadow Springs can elect to have their distributions paid by cheque or by direct credit to an Australian bank, building society or credit union account.

How do I notify my Tax File Number (TFN) or Exemption?

All notifications of TFNs must be in writing. Tax File / ABN notification forms can be downloaded here.

Collection of TFN information is authorised by the Tax Legislation and its use and disclosure is strictly regulated by the Tax Legislation and Privacy Act.

It is not an offence to choose not to provide your TFN, ABN or exemption however, if you do not, tax will be deducted from your distribution at the highest marginal tax rate.
