Mirvac Development Fund - Seascapes, is an unlisted, closed-end, single project fund, established in November 2005 for the purposes of acquiring, developing and selling Stages 17 - 27 of the Seascapes Estate.
The Fund’s investment strategy is to maximise Investors’ value by providing strong development returns through investment in a quality land subdivision project.
The project is a 48 hectare broad acre parcel of land which is being developed into 528 residential lots plus a grouped housing site. Seascapes is an established residential community in Mandurah, Western Australia located approximately 75 kilometres south of Perth.
Mirvac, in Western Australia, will manage the development and sale of the lots. Mirvac developed earlier stages of Seascapes and has extensive knowledge and experience with development, sales and marketing strategies that can assist Mirvac Investment Management to maximise returns to Investors.
