Mirvac Industrial Trust

Nicholas Blake is the Trust Manager of the ASX-listed Mirvac Industrial Trust.   Prior to his appointment as Mirvac Industrial Trust Manager, Nicholas Blake held the position of Portfolio Manager.

Mr Blake has worked in the property industry for nine years and has a comprehensive background in property funds management. He holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from the University of New England.

Prior to the acquisition of James Fielding Group by Mirvac in January 2005, Mr Blake worked as Assistant to the Head of Property and was responsible for the formation of a wide range of property funds management products. Before this he worked as a research analyst for BT Funds Management.

Mirvac Funds Management Limited is the responsible entity for the Mirvac Industrial Trust.
