The Mirvac PFA Diversified Property Trust, is listed on the Bendigo Stock Exchange (BSX code: PFD).

The Trust's fundamental strategy is to invest in a growing portfolio of quality properties diversified by property sector, geographic location, tenant profile and lease expiry. Direct property sectors include commercial, retail, hotel and industrial.

The Trust evolved as a consequence of the amalgamation on 1 July, 2003 of all of the property funds managed by Mirvac PFA Limited (formerly Property Funds Australia Limited):

• The Metropolitan Collection - Brisbane Syndicate and Trust
• The Capital Collection - Diverse Sector Fund Syndicate No. 1 and Trust No.1
• The Riverdale Fixed Term Property Trust
• The Trilogy Trust
