Mirvac Investment Management (Australia)
The focus for Mirvac Investment Management is to support Mirvac's activities - Investment and Development - and source capital for the two core Divisions through the establishment of investment partnerships with major financial institutions and institutional investors.
For MIM's external investment management operations, a number of companies act as responsible entity or trustee for the different schemes and trusts. A common Board of Directors populates these companies, oversees the operations and is responsible for capital management and financial reporting, performance monitoring, risk management and audit and compliance. Responsibility for the day-to-day management and administration is delegated by the Board to the Chief Executive Officer, who is assisted by the Senior Management Team. The Chief Executive Officer manages MIM in accordance with the strategy, plans and delegations approved by the Board.

Quadrant Real Estate Advisors LLC ("Quadrant") is a United States based real estate debt and equity investment advisor. It is a 50/50 joint venture between management of Quadrant and Mirvac Group.
Quadrant originates, underwrites and manages debt and equity real estate investments in both the public and private sectors on behalf of United States and Australian institutional and retail Investors.
