Merger with Fini Group establishing Mirvac-Fini in WA

2005

Mirvac acquires James Fielding Group

2007

Mirvac acquires $1.1 billion portfolio of properties from Walker Corporation

Mirvac acquires Carlton Hotel portfolio for $328 million

Mirvac raises $300 million of equity from three international investors to establish a wholesale residential investment fund

2008

Mirvac raises $500 million via entitlement offer

2009

Mirvac completes $1.1 billion equity raising

Mirvac acquires the Mirvac Real Estate Investment Trust expanding its portfolio of assets by $1 billion

2010

Mirvac completes $350 million institutional placement

Mirvac acquires the $1.1 billion Westpac Office Trust

2011

Mirvac establishes a strategic relationship with K-REIT Asia with the sale of a 50 per cent interest in 8 Chifley Square, and with Aviva Investors with the sale of a 50 per cent interest in Hoxton Distribution Park.

Mirvac enters into contracts for the sale of its hotel management business, Mirvac Hotels & Resorts, and various associated investments.

2012

Mirvac’s 8 Chifley Square development is awarded a 6 Star Green Star – Office Design v2 certified rating.

Mirvac completes the sale of its Hotels and Resorts business to focus its capabilities as an expert in Austrailan real estate investment and development.
