We understand the COVID-19 situation may create uncertainty or financial pressure for some of our customers, Mirvac will work with you over the coming weeks/months to work towards settling on your home or investment.

I am experiencing a negative impact on my health or wellbeing as a result of COVID-19
Given the current environment, it is not unusual to feel anxious or concerned. Mirvac is pleased to offer you confidential and independent access to Mirvac’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP) at no cost to you. The Mirvac EAP is a professional, qualified and experienced counselling service which provides your choice of telephone or face to face counselling services. We have extended this service to customers with upcoming settlements and it is available 24 hours a day and 7 days per week. If you or anyone in your family are feeling anxious or distressed, we invite you to talk to one of the counsellors from our EAP. You can call them on 1800 818 728.
Will COVID-19 impact my apartment or home settlement date?
The safety and well-being of our customers, residents, service providers and employees is, and always will be our highest priority.
At this stage, we believe that our projects in New South Wales, Queensland and Western Australia will be completed as per our schedule.
If there is an impact due to the Stage 4 restrictions in Victoria regarding settlement timings on your land/home/apartment, we will advise as soon as practicable. If you are in Victoria and have a settlement booked during Stage 4 restrictions, the settlement team will be in touch to work with you towards your settlement during this time.
From 7 August 2020, you will see our teams in NSW, QLD and VIC wearing masks whilst working. While we are already missing seeing each other’s smiles, our highest mission is the health, safety and well-being of our team and you, our customers and community.
