Online Deposit Terms and Conditions

The information you provide in the Sales Advice form must be the same information you provide in any Contract For Sale you enter into. You will be required to provide identification (Australian Driver’s License and Medicare Card or Passport) at the time of contract signing which will need to also reflect these details.

The property remains on the market until the full Holding Deposit is received and Mirvac may accept a Holding Deposit from another customer(s) until that occurs.

There is no guarantee the property will be available to purchase and the property will only be placed on hold when a successful payment of the Holding Deposit is received by Mirvac.

Where applicable, Mirvac may retain a portion of your Holding Deposit, if you decide not to proceed and do not exchange on a contract for this property, or do not exchange within 5 business days of receiving the signed and dated contract.

Accepted payment types are credit card and bank transfer. Where applicable, you may have a choice of using a credit card or a bank transfer to pay the Holding Deposit. In some instances, only one payment type will be accepted.

Should you decide not to proceed with the purchase, please contact your Sales Consultant to discuss the refund process.

Payment services are provided by Zenith Payments Pty Ltd and is certified compliant with the PCI Data Security Standard. You will not be charged transaction fees by Mirvac or Zenith for using this payment process. Zenith’s Privacy policy and terms can be found here.
