Mirvac Group 2020 Virtual Annual General & General Meeting (AGM)
The 2020 Annual General Meeting of securityholders of Mirvac Limited and the General Meeting of securityholders of Mirvac Property Trust will be held on Thursday, 19 November 2020 at 11.00am AEDT.
As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to impact the way we live, the safety of our people, our customers and communities remains our top priority.
As a result of the ongoing uncertainty including evolving restrictions on public gatherings and the requirement for physical distancing, the 2020 Annual General Meeting of securityholders of Mirvac Limited and the General Meeting of securityholders of Mirvac Property Trust (together, the AGM) will be held solely as a virtual meeting on Thursday, 19 November 2020 at 11.00am AEDT.
All securityholders will be able to participate in the 2020 AGM regardless of geographic location. To attend online and participate, you will need to log in to an online platform provided by our share registry, Link Market Services. These details will be provided in the Notice of Meeting and also on our website.
Our virtual AGM will provide you with similar opportunities to participate online as you would have if you had attended an AGM in person. You will be able to hear and view presentations from the Chairman of the Board, John Mulcahy, and from the Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director, Susan Lloyd-Hurwitz, as well as vote and ask questions live during the meeting.
Our AGM website at www.mirvac.com/2020-agm will provide you with all the information you need to access and attend the virtual AGM, including advice on how to vote and ask a question online ahead of the AGM.
Notice of Meeting
Our Notice of Meeting will be released online on our AGM website and will be emailed to securityholders on Tuesday, 6 October 2020. This year, we will not be sending you a hard copy of the Notice of Meeting and Voting form by post ahead of the AGM.
