Mirvac and Irvine Group exchange contracts for the sale of the Toombul shopping centre site, enabling redevelopment plans to progress
Following several months of discussions with potential partners to progress the redevelopment of the former Toombul shopping centre site, Mirvac today announced it has exchanged contracts for the sale of the site to Brisbane-based Irvine Property Group, enabling renewed investment and the development of a new mixed-use precinct, including a new shopping centre.
MWOF continues strong performance
