Mirvac and Pulpmaster: Turning Organic Waste into Opportunity
Mirvac continues to partner with Pulpmaster to convert food waste into a useful product to reduce the amount of waste sent to landfill.

This initiative is a key part of our sustainability strategy and supports our target to reduce the amount of waste sent to landfill.
The system transforms food scraps and other organic waste into a nutrient-rich slurry that’s used for soil injection, returning nutrients to the earth and helping crops to grow. It reduces greenhouse gas emissions, and lowers waste management costs
Pulpmaster systems are in place at multiple Mirvac locations, including: 101 Miller St; Greenwood Plaza; 275 Kent St; Birkenhead Point; Broadway Sydney; East Village; Kawana Shoppingworld; Orion Springfield Central; Rhodes Waterside; and South Village.

Mirvac acknowledges Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as the Traditional Owners of the lands and waters of Australia, and we offer our respect to their Elders past and present.
