We’ve also had a $0 gender pay gap on like-for-like roles seven years running, which helps to foster an inclusive and equitable workplace.
Supporting our employees to leave a positive legacy is part of our organisational effort to be a force for good.
For example, we have voluntarily invested almost $60 million in things like community infrastructure and amenity since 2018.
