Mirvac appoints Kit Georgeos as CEO, Funds Management

Mirvac Group (ASX: MGR) today announced the appointment of Kit Georgeos as Chief Executive Officer, Funds Management, effective 6 October 2026.  

In the role, Ms Georgeos will lead Mirvac’s Funds Management business, including the Group’s wholesale investment vehicles, capital partnerships and investor relationships. She will join Mirvac’s Executive Leadership Team and report directly to Group CEO & Managing Director, Campbell Hanan.  

Mr Hanan said Ms Georgeos’ appointment reflected the strength of Mirvac’s talent pipeline and the continued growth of its funds management platform.

“Kit is an outstanding leader with deep experience across real estate investment, funds management and capital markets, and I am delighted to welcome her to Mirvac’s Executive Leadership Team,” Mr Hanan said.  

“Since joining Mirvac in 2023, Kit has played an instrumental role as Fund Manager of Mirvac Wholesale Office Fund (MWOF), one of Australia’s leading wholesale office funds. She has built strong investor relationships, demonstrated a disciplined investment approach and shown a clear commitment to delivering long-term outcomes for our capital partners.

Ms Georgeos has more than 20 years’ experience in real estate investment, funds management and capital markets. Prior to joining Mirvac, Ms Georgeos held senior roles at AMP, The GPT Group and Macquarie Group.

As Ms Georgeos transitions into the broader leadership role, Mirvac is progressing the appointment of a new Fund Manager for MWOF.
