A standout moment each year is our National Community Day, where 950+ employees volunteer across the country. From painting and gardening to donating blood, knitting quilts, and preparing meals, our teams came together with energy, compassion, and purpose.

 

Mirvac’s commitment to giving back goes beyond a single event. We offer unlimited, fully paid volunteer leave, empowering our people to support causes close to their hearts year-round. This is complemented by our workplace giving program, where we match employee donations dollar for dollar, amplifying the impact of every contribution.

 

Being a force for good is also in the way we operate. In FY25, we delivered $13.3m in community investment. Plus we’ve made strong progress toward our target to spend $100 million with social suppliers by 2030, with $25.7m procured from social and Indigenous businesses in FY25, bringing us to $92.1m total spend since FY18.
