Verde Opens its Doors

5th March 2020

We hosted the Sydney Olympic Park Women’s Network for a Hollywood to Hamptons design workshop to celebrate International Women’s Day.

More than 50 guests gathered in the newly opened sales terrace at 2 Figtree Avenue before moving on to our level 8 two-bedroom display apartment which is the first to be furnished and styled by Max Sparrow, the Coco Republic brand that recently established a retail presence at Castle Hill.

For those planning house warming parties when they move in to their beautiful Verde apartment we can vouch for it being THE best place to entertain friends and family.

Not only were our guests entranced by the space and natural light but the views across Bicentennial Park to the Sydney Harbour Bridge are spectacular.

With the opening of the sales terrace and display apartment our sales team are now taking appointments for tours of Verde without the need for a hard hat and high viz vest.

Construction hoarding has come down at the Australia Avenue and Figtree Avenue corner which has generated a buzz around the neighbourhood with the beautiful brick façade, grand colonnade and two majestic Moreton Bay figs revealed.

Within weeks of Verde’s completion we expect construction to reach the 35th level of Scarlet, marking a major milestone in the three -year build of this iconic Mirvac project.
