About Mirvac Construction

Mirvac Construction is one of Australia’s leading building contractors, working across residential, retail, office and industrial sectors. Over the years, we’ve developed a strong reputation for quality, and we’re proud to have delivered a host of large-scale complex developments – from iconic office towers, to ground-breaking mixed-use projects.

Construction is a highly involved, complex process, requiring great skill and attention to detail. Our services allow us to add value at every stage of the journey, from project planning and programming, to cost planning, project and design management, and site management.

Work safe, stay safe.

With a team of more than 450 highly skilled professionals, Mirvac Construction is extremely conscious to take care of our people, and we’re an industry leader in occupational health and safety (HSE). This can be attributed to our strong systems, diligent processes and constant training, as well as clear leadership from the Mirvac team.

However, we are not prepared to rest on a strong track record – we’re committed to continuously improve our safety culture. With this in mind, we’ve developed an initiative entitled ‘Work safe, stay safe’, which keeps safety at the forefront of our people’s minds every single day. After all, we believe that anyone associated with a Mirvac construction site should go home safely.

Building Balance

The construction industry is known for its lack of flexibility – and to address this issue within our teams, Mirvac Construction developed our Building Balance initiative. This program encourages teams to use tools, technology and resources more effectively, and in doing so, complete tasks in more efficient or flexible ways. We believe that by rethinking processes and procedures, we can build greater balance into the lives of everyone who works for us, and maintain our quality standards in a healthier, more sustainable way.
