Return to Workplace
Mirvac’s top priority is the health and wellbeing of our tenants, employees and community. From the outset we have been working to minimse the impact of COVID-19 and we have implemented a range of measures to help minimise the spread of infection and comply with Australian Federal and State Government regulations. There are a number of ways occupants of our offices can help us keep our buildings safe. We encourage everyone entering a Mirvac building to familiarise themselves with our safety initiatives. We are committed to working with our customers to help them return to work as safely, productive and easily as possible.
Cleaning of all high touch points has been increased and we continue to provide hand sanitising stations in common areas of our buildings. Posters and lift screens are in place to remind people to continue practicing proven hygiene activities that will minimise the spread of COVID-19.
Mirvac Office & Industrial buildings remain open and operating, ensuring that your workplaces are available as you need them. We are committed to providing a safe environment for our customers and continue to have staff onsite to ensure our assets are running smoothly, whilst closely monitoring all regular information in relation to COVID-19 from the Australian Department of Health and the World Health Organization.
Mirvac amenities and End-of-Trip facilities have been designed to add exceptional service and convenience to our customers' worklife. Unless otherwise required by SafeWork Australia or government guidelines, our End-of-Trip facilities will remain open to use.
Mirvac has Crisis and Incident Management plans for each of its buildings. An Incident Management Team has been established to manage any incidents or risks related to COVID-19.
