Tullamore is a 47 hectare infill development, comprising vacant land, integrated housing and residential apartments. Located 13 kilometres from Melbourne's CBD, Tullamore is nestled among the highly sought after suburb of Doncaster. Formally the Eastern Golf Course, the project is within close proximity to leading retail, education and transport hubs. Near 30% of Tullamore is devoted to green open spaces, with parks, playgrounds, picnic areas, exercise equipment and walking tracks.
