Mirvac’s ‘Waterfront' project is located in Newstead alongside the Brisbane River and only two kilometres from the Brisbane CBD. The three proposed landmark architectural buildings in the project are designed for owner-occupiers and will offer premium residential amenity including resort style rooftops featuring resident dining rooms, wellness centres with gyms, spas and saunas, and infinity pools with panoramic views over the Brisbane River. Quay and Isle, the first two stages are currently under construction, comprising 135 and 124 apartments across 25 levels respectively. Anticipated completion is mid 2024 and mid 2025.
